The Village of Stockbridge has appointed Witkowski Inspections Agency, LLC as the Village Building Inspector. The Village Zoning Code Administrators are Village Trustee, Tim Lemke and Village President, Amy Zahringer.

Please refrain from contacting the Village Clerk for building permits. All permits should be obtained through Witkowski Inspections Agency, LLC.

Building & Land Use permits are required for many reasons; to protect you, your family, neighborhood and property values. To ensure that the work performed is safe, that it meets standards and complies with the Village zoning and construction codes. They also help protect your property investment and minimize liability or problems during a future sale of your property.
PLEASE NOTE: if you are altering the size of an existing structure or adding a structure, you must draw up a site plan that would indicate square footage, sidewall heights and setbacks to property lines etc. Providing this site plan during the initial phase of contact with Witkowski Inspection Agency, LLC will expedite the permitting process.
